  2. Building a Partnership • A collaborative partnership is when a group works together in a joint endeavor that pools common interests, assets, and professional skills in order to promote broader goals and outcomes for the entire group's benefit.

  3. Organizations do not collaborate, people do. • We began recognizing an opportunity to mutually benefit • We moved to collaborative conversations • We decided to work together towards a common goal
