  4. OPAL • OPAL Hadron Pole Tip was designed and constructed in Israel. • Its Thin Gap Chambers, developed in Israel, were then served as the basis to ATLAS muon trigger chambers in the end-cap region

  5. Detectors • Israeli scientists constructed a test lab at the Weizmann Institute for OPAL Silicon Microstrip detector Z-Prints

  9. Triple Gauge Couplings (TGC) • Israeli scientists took part in measuring the Triple Gauge Coupling (WZW) to test the consistency of the Standard Model WZW Coupling

  11. 3 Neutrino Families • Israeli scientists took part in proving the existence of only 3 families of light neutrinos in nature

  12. The Tau Lepton • Israeli scientists took part in measuring the Tau polarization using momentum & forward backwards asymmetries • Israeli scientists took part in measuring the Tau life time

  14. The Bottom Quark • Israeli scientists took a major role in measuring B oscillations and Rare B decays

  15. The Top Quark • Israeli scientists took part in predicting the Top mass at the early days of LEP, prior to its discovery.

  24. ConstructingATLAS TGC • Israeli Japanese and Chinese scientists have designed and constructed the ATLAS end-cap Trigger Chambers (based on the Israeli developed TGC technology)
