  3. What I need from you soon • Due September 19: • Signed Production Contract • Signed Medical Release Form • Fees • Drama Wear Order (YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCEPTING THE SIZE AND STYLE YOU ORDER. PERIOD!)

FEES • $200 SHOW PACKAGE: 10 meals, Strike Party, DVD, T shirt, Show Sweatshirt (This includes discounts on all items) • $45 CCHS Zip Front Sweatshirt in Red or Gray, Men’s or Ladies Style • $35 Drama Polos: Red, White, Gray, Black Available • SOS: Will be explained again to your parents at our parent meeting NEXT TUESDAY!
