  2. Seedling • It will take about 1 year to make a seedling into a sapling. • The height of the seedling is about less than a meter.

  3. Sapling • It will take about 2-3 years before the apple tree turns into an adult tree. • The branch is getting stronger and the leaves are going to start appearing.

  4. An Adult Tree • An adult tree can age up to 5-100 years (or maybe higher!) • A person will take an apple slice it, get a seed and plant it then the cycle will go again and it will never stop.(unless they’re extinct)

Fun Facts: • Most apples have only five seeds, but some may have as many as 10 and others may have no seeds at all. • Sixty-one percent of apples are eaten fresh and 39 percent are processed into juice and sauce. • Two pounds of apples make one 9-inch pie. • The largest apple picked weighed three pounds. • The state fruit of New York is the apple .
