The Constitution of the U.S.A it is a supreme law the for The U.S.A • .The purpose of the U.S Constitution is to have right for the people and limit the power • Outline the law and power for the Three Branches of the government • The 3 branches are Executive branch, Judicial branch, Legislative branch

  3. Legislative Branch • . The legislative Branch has the power to Pass amend and repeal laws. • Appoints a member in house for Prime minister • Has Ashtray to raise taxes

  4. The Preamble • Is a introductory statement of the purpose of the constitution. • It state the intention of the founding father on why they are writing the constitution. • The Preamble serves solely as an introduction and does not assign powers to the federal Government
