  3. Nowadays, children like playing TV games.

  4. My friend, Tom, plays electronic games every day.

  5. One day, Tom went to the book shop with his mother.

  6. His mother decided to buy some books but Tom didn’t like the books. The books were sad.

  7. On the other hand, Tom begged his mother to buy him the latest TV game.

  8. Lastly Tom’s mother bought both things for him.

  9. When he wanted to play the game, it didn’t work.

  10. He was very disappointed.

  11. His mother suggested him to read the books. The books smiled.

  12. At first, Tom felt storybooks are boring. After reading them, he changed his mind.

  13. He spent most of the time reading books.

  14. He always told stories to his friends too.

  15. Books are happy because they make Tom happy and clever. The End
