My reasons • My reason for wanting to work in the culinary arts field is because I love cooking. Growing up I have always loved how a kitchen smelled while people was cooking. The older I got the more I fell in love with the art. Even though its going to take a long time to reach my goal I feel as though I'm going to follow my dream and become a cook.
