Spanish Rice 1 T. Oil 1 cup rice 1c. Water plus 1 tsp. chicken base 1 c. Salsa • Toast the rice in the oil till light brown • Add the water, chicken base and salsa • Bring to a boil; cover with foil or pie tin and place in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes • Remove let rest 5 minutes. Serve
