  2. Chef balendra singh Balendra singh is one of the renowned and most experienced pastry chef in India. He is having 18 Years of experience while working in national and international hotels like hyatt, taj hotels and Marriott. He had also worked in international cruise ship. After serving hotel industry he returned to his roots in bakery and pastry education courses by providing various diploma courses approved with city and guilds affiliation with the name of INSTITUTE OF BAKERY AND PASTRY ARTS,NEWDELHI

  3. About the brownie A chocolate brownie (commonly referred to as simply brownie) is a square,baked,chocolatedessert. Brownies come in a variety of forms and may be either fudgy or cakey, depending on their density. They may include nuts, frosting, cream cheese, chocolate chips, or other ingredients. A variation made with brown sugar rather than chocolate in the batter is called a blonde brownie. The brownie was developed in the United States at the end of the 19th century and popularized in the U.S. and Canada during the first half of the 20th century. Brownies are typically eaten by hand, often accompanied by milk, served warm with ice cream, topped with whipped cream, or sprinkled with powdered sugar and fudge. In North America they are common lunchbox treats,andalso popular in restaurants and coffee houses.

  5. Method: • Melt the chocolate and butter together over double boiler. Keep aside to cool. • Sieve refined flour. Roughly chop walnuts. • Sprinkle little quantity of refined flour over chopped walnuts. • Whisk eggs and breakfast sugar together till light &fluffy. • Lightly mix cooled melted chocolate & butter mixture into the egg mixture. • Lightly fold the sieved refined flour into the above mixture. • Add chopped walnuts and mix well. • Pour the batter into a greased& lined square cake tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180° Celsius for 15-20 minutes or till the brownies are baked completely.
