White Chocolate chip and Orange Brownie Recipe Method: First of all cut the butter up into cubes and break the chocolate up. Get the mixing bowl and put the butter and chocolate in. Fill the sauce pan up with hot water and put on the hob to melt. While waiting for the butter and chocolate to melt, grease your 20cm deep baking tin. When the ingredients have melted, take it off the hob and leave to cool for a couple of minutes. Meanwhile, break the egg and whisk together.When it has cooled down add the caster sugar and stir. Carefully, pour a small amount of the egg into the mixture and mix toughly. Repeat thins until all the egg yolk is all gone. Add the flour and do the folding technique. Then add the coco powder. Add any extra’s , like grating the orange zest and mixing it in and the white chocolate chips. Pour into the baking tin and put in the oven for 20 minutes. Enjoy your delicious brownies!
