Project Relevance • Provides Driveline Component Knowledge to the Team • Verifies Current Designs and assumptions • Utilizes the Universities Resources that are currently Stagnant • Opens the opportunities to further testing and Data Acquisition • First Step in developing more efficient Baja Technologies. • Independent of Vehicle

Capabilities/Usage • Read Team Values and Norm • Background Discussion • Tour of Dyno. Lab with Prof. DeMinco • Week 2 • Begin to Assign Long Term Responsibilities • Get physical Dyno. Measurements for modeling • Get measurements from Baja Component • Concept generation (Brainstorming)

Risks Assessment • Engine Dyno. may not be finished by end of summer • Dyno. time may be limited • Baja teams Data Aq. may not be operational • Dynamic vehicle operation needs more understanding • SD would implement their own system • Baja team may be unwilling to give certain resources at strategic points in the year
