  1. Drama Club with Mrs. Gnadinger • Meets after school once a month during first semester, then several times each week during the second semester to prepare for the CMS Talent Showcase in March! • All students are welcome the first semester, then we hold auditions to choose participants for the show. 

  2. Sewing and Quilting Class! Sponsors are Ms. King, Ms. Schwartz, Ms. Espinoza, Ms. Harpring, and Ms. Pehlke. • Meets on Thursdays from 3:00 – 4:00 • Anyone is welcome – students (boys too – many famous quiltmakers are men!), teachers & parents! • Materials are provided and there is no charge. • You don’t need any sewing experience-we teach you everything you need to know.

  3. Open to 6th, 7th & 8th graders • First meeting will be in September • Meetings are held monthly • Consider the impact of underage drinking, tobacco use, illegal and prescription drug abuse, impaired/reckless and distracted driving, suicide, violence, bullying and dating violence Sponsor: Mrs. Losey

  4. National Junior Honor Society • Membership by invitation only • Student-led club meets once or twice a month after school • Must be in 7th or 8th Grade • Have a 3.8 GPA at the end of first semester • No office referrals on record • You must complete the application if invited • Inducted during an evening ceremony • Sponsor: Mrs. Watson

  5. Pirate Pride Club • Meets monthly during the school year • Must apply and have teacher recommendation • All grades may participate • Represent your grade as a liaison between school staff and students • We do positive and uplifting projects for the school body and community • We are and extension of Rachel’s Challenge • Sponsor: Mrs. Snow

  6. Meets alternating Fridays from 3:00-4:00pm • Student-Led Ministry • All Students are welcome, you don’t have to be an athlete • The purpose of Campus Ministry has been to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and to see campuses impacted for Jesus Christ through the influence of athletes and coaches.

  7. Spanish Club Sponsor: Mrs. Espinoza Dues: $10 • Open to everyone! (You don’t have to speak Spanish…You’ll learn at meetings!) • We will dance Hispanic dances, • Eat Hispanic food, and • Learn to speak Spanish • TUESDAYS from 3-4pm

  8. CMS Sports • Cross Country • Volleyball • Football • Cheerleading • Basketball • Wrestling • Swimming • Tennis • Track
