Methodology • Online Survey (50 participants) • Do you appreciate the new technology that has been implemented in your job? ___yes ____no • Do you believe new technologies are implemented in order to help you succeed? ____yes _____no • Does having the latest technology make you feel like you can do your job more effectively? ____yes ____no • Do you feel that sharing your opinion regarding new technology could create change in your organization?____yes ____no • Random sample of survey participants asked to participate in small focus groups (18-20 participants, 3-4 per group)
Limitations/Obstacles • Obstacle: Gaining access to company for research • Obstacle: Getting volunteer participants from company • Limitation: Honesty from employees vs. what they think the researcher wants to hear • Limitation: Honesty from the employee vs. what they think they should say for their company • Limitation: Honesty from employees due to fear of retaliation • Limitation: Sample Size
