October 2003Lessons Learned • Inconsistent Data Entry. • Not Creating Site Specific Adjusters to Bring Generated Costs Closer to Actual Costs. • No Clear Understanding of Importance of IU Created Being Assigned to the Right System. • FIMS Not Properly Structured (Site, Areas, Assets) • Not Validating FIMS Data to Ensure Generation of Viable RPV.
