Path to Pre-Eminence Schedule for 2003-2004 October October 24 October 25 October 30 Nov/Dec Dec/Jan Begin Discussions – Groups to solicit input from relevant groups identified on their charge sheets Planning Process Update to the Board of Trustees Questions for Campus Survey Due from Facilitating Groups and Tactical Issue Teams Web Survey administered to stakeholders for facilitating groups and tactical issue teams Synthesize and develop proposals for initiatives and actions based on input Provide Input & Authority Groups proposal drafts to consider Jan 23-24 Feb/March April May June June 24-25 Campus-wide Retreat to consider committee reports and gain feedback from our community on plans for pre-eminence Committees write up reports based on feedback and develop Measures of Progress for the Path to Pre-eminence Logistics Team synthesizes committee reports into draft report. Submits to stakeholders for feedback and revision Revisions Returned – Final Drafts Prepared for President/ Trustee Consideration Trustees Formally Approve the Action Plan VP planning for implementation retreat Oct-Dec – Committees and Tactical Teams will be soliciting Input from relevant groups on the questions being considered
