You get ready for school Get ready for school. You get the best seat on the bus and your friend is sitting next to you and you have a really good conversation on the way to school. Your bus arrives at school, your friend says they hate class and asks if you want to skip and go up town. Go with that person Ask them why they do not like class Propose that you hang out for another 10 minutes before going to class
You decide to skip class and head up town, you can either turn right to get chips and gravy from the main street café, or head down to the sushi place on the left. Left Right
A townsperson has reported you for truanting to the Police. They have come to take you back to school and inform the Deputy Principal of your absence. You have received a suspension as well as your friend who now doesn’t wish to speak to you. Game ends… New Game…?
A teacher outside of school has found you truanting. They take you back to school and inform the Deputy Principal of your absence. You have received a suspension as well as your friend who now doesn’t wish to speak to you. Game ends… New Game…?
Your friend agrees willingly enough to wait another 10 minutes and all is well, until you turn up to class late. Your teacher is annoyed that you have not come to class on time and you are split up from your friend. You have missed work and don’t understand what is going on. Apologise to the teacher and ask for help to do the work Sit there and pretend to do the work, hoping that your teacher forgets
You decide to apologise to the teacher and ask for assistance, the teacher recognises that you are sorry and accepts your apology, however you still have missed important work and are behind in the lesson. You are given some extra homework to do and go to meet up with your friend at lunch time towards the end of the lesson. The rest of your day is fine, the next day the teacher is pleased to see your completed homework and all is well… Game ends… New Game…?
You decide to sit there and do nothing, at the end of the lesson the teacher comes over and asks you why you have not done any work this lesson. You receive a lunch time detention in addition to extra homework. Game ends… New Game…?
You decide to ask your friend why they don’t like class, they respond that they don’t like the topic and they find it difficult to understand. Offer to sit beside them in class You agree that the class is bad but still say that you should get there on time
Your friend agrees grudgingly to join you in class but they don’t seem happy When you arrive at class the teacher greets the pair of you and asks the class to take their seats. You sit in the second row with your friend. The teacher begins the lesson and starts talking about the topic which you don’t understand and then gives you questions which you can’t do. Ask the teacher for assistance Stay quiet because you don’t want to embarrass yourself in front of your friend
You stay quiet, and for the rest of the lesson, you and your friend struggle to do work which you both don’t understand. Your friend leaves the lesson angry and frustrated and you don’t think they will come to class next time. You are also angry and frustrated as you couldn’t do the work and didn’t get to talk to your friend as you were unable to complete the questions. Game ends… New Game…?
You decide to ask the teacher for help. Your teacher happily comes over to assist you. Your friend seems a little embarrassed by the teachers presence but are soon glad when they realise that they were stuck on the same problem. You are now able to complete the work set by the teacher you and your friend are now enthusiastic about the topic and are able to help each other if either of you get stuck. The lesson ends and you and your friend go to lunch happy now that neither of you are worried about class. Game ends… New Game…?
Your friend looks surprised by the offer, and seems pleased that you’ve made it. As you walk to class you notice that your friend doesn’t seem as down anymore. You’re also feeling better about class it certainly should be easier and more fun working with a friend. When you get to class you decide to sit together so you are able to work more fully on the task. Your teacher is pleased by this and will be more than happy to help you, now that you are both more willing to learn. The teacher begins the topic that you don’t understand and gives you questions to answer, which you struggle with. You begin to work with your partner and make a little progress however, the going is slow. Ask the teacher for assistance Keep pushing on, you don’t want to embarrass yourself or your partner

Asking the teacher for assistance seemed to be a good move, while your friend was a little uncomfortable to begin with they seem much more relieved now that you’ve asked. The teacher is more than happy to provide assistance with understanding the questions and helping you to complete them. Working together, you finish before the rest of the class. The teacher shows the class your progress and you and your friend are very proud of what you have achieved today. You go to lunch happy with the knowledge that you have extremely well in class and that you and your friend make an excellent team. Game ends… Game complete
