  4. 7.2.47 FBD analysis • Note from the FBD that θ does NOT affect Moments about the elbow hinge Pt-E. • The ONLY angle that affects the moment is the ForeArm angle relative to the horizontal • Taking the sum of the moments about Pt-E using ONLY • Divide both sides by cosα
