Expert Working Groups and the Pilot Phase: Expert working groups 1. Learning, teaching and assessment methods 2. Professional accreditation 3. The pilots are: • Identifying and suggesting solutions for any problems and challenges in managing the data flows to produce a KIS • Considering the practical and technical aspects of the following: • From where data will be sourced • How the data could be collated • Whether the process may present challenges for a particular subject or institution type • Advising on the production of guidance for institutions on how to develop the KIS. • Recording and reporting on the resource costs required to produce the KIS

User testing • Aims to develop a distinctive identity, design and language suited to potential and current HE students • How information will be presented • Solution that will integrate with institutional web-sites • Completed in early March 2011
