  2. Blade Fold • Prep for shipment. • Blade fold • Tail rotor • Main rotor • Struts • Main • Tail

  3. Prep for shipment.(con’t) • Stabilator • Step fairings • Install tow plates

  4. M/R Fold • Alignment of Swashplate • Line up yellow index • Inbd T/R horizontal (If The swashplate is not lined up you will not be able to put in the support pole )

  5. Take all commands from the guy on the head

  6. M/R Fold • Fwd left (red) • Fwd right (black) • Aft left (blue) • Aft right (yellow)

  7. Take all commands from the guy on the head

  8. T/R Fold • Remove 12 OTBD RET plate bolts • Remove balance washers • Install both on star plate and hang as they came off • Disconnect P/C rods at pitch beam& deice • Rotate • Pad

  9. Struts Connect HYD cart before opening kneeling valve!

  10. Struts • Main • Hyd cart. • Lower stage only. • Record exposed strut. (eliminates servicing) • Raise cargo floor to 30 inches.

  11. Struts Connect HYD cart before opening kneeling valve!

  12. Struts • Tail • Remove tail access panel. • Record exposed strut. • Lower until no silver showing. • If tail loaded first upper stage may need to be lowered requiring complete servicing.

  13. Struts Connect HYD cart before opening kneeling valve!

  14. Tow plates • Remove step fairing • Install & torque bolts on tow plate • 1 left & 1 right • Rotate WSPS

  15. STAB • Remove tail cone!!!!! • Remove STAB and rack it

  16. Antenna • Remove FM whip • Stow lower anti-collision light

  17. FODCONTROL • BAG ALL PARTS • Attach bag to ACFT or in fold box • Step fairing screws and stab bolts end up missing • T/R star plates attach and label to acft • Tools
