8. VW + BIP . . . how does it work?
How do you combine paid vacation
work with a Business Internship?
Simple . . .
The assessment tasks that define the internship fit neatly over the top of paid vacation work.
Vac work is effectively a pre-negotiated, well defined, high quality experiential learning opportunity.
Employers are very supportive - for them it is seen as an additional and beneficial layer of quality control.
By completing the additional internship assessment you get to have your cake and eat it too!
