  14. Custom Scripts • Private • Any canvass / outreach project • My Voters & Shared Contacts • Level 3 • CAN link to the centrally created Activist Codes or Survey Questions

  15. Custom Scripts • On the tab where you’ll create lists • Codes · Questions · Scripts • Scripts • Click Add New Script

  16. Custom Scripts • Name your Script • Click Next

  17. Custom Scripts • Add Script Elements one at a time • Click Add AFTER adding EACH element.

  18. Custom Scripts • Added Elements are displayed in the Preview area

  19. Custom Scripts • Don’t forget to add Results for when your callers don’t get responses to the questions in the script • Results can be searched and excluded from future lists.

  25. Custom Report Formats • Display Information: • Name • Contact Information • ID number & bar code • Activist Codes • Survey Questions • Collect Information: • Space for Script • Fixed Script Integration

  26. Script Space v. Fixed Integration • Space for any Script (chosen when printing) • Script integrated directly into Report, cannot be changed when printing

  27. Custom Report Formats • Private • Can be visible to you only • Any PRINTED sheets for outreach, reporting • My Voters & Shared Contacts • Level 3

  30. Custom Report Formats • Save space for a Script? Or will you integrate a script into the report (Fixed Script)?

  32. Activist Codes, Survey Questions • Button Bar • Add Activist Code => ‘X’ in Available Fields • Add Survey Question => Response in Available Fields • Use Add Text Field for context • Drag and Drop!

  33. Fixed Scripts • Use Add Text Field and Add Checkbox to integrate script • Eg. Taking a sign • Text • Checkbox • Both are added to the Available Fields section. Drag them up!
