Position Paper • The Service Directive means a new paradigm to public authorities. • We cities have to fulfill the requirements of the Service Directive. • Tomodernisethemunicipalauthoritiesitisusefulltochangemorethantheminimumrequriement of the Service Directive. • We cities understand the service Directive to modernise our authorities in the sense of the Digital Charter.
