  4. Inquiry Options LINQ Inquire To Local Drug File PNIN Inquire to VA Product Info For Local Drug NDCU NDC/UPN Inquiry NAT Inquire to National Files

Inquire to National Files • Can look by VA Product, NDC/UPC, or CMOP ID • VA Product is usually the generic drug entity such as “Ibuprofen” or “Amoxicillin” • Will mostly use this one • NDC or UPC requires that you know one of them or have a package in hand • CMOP ID is used mainly by the VA, and stands for Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy

  6. Inquire to National Files Select Inquiry Options Option: NAT Inquire to National Files This option allows you to lookup NDF file information three ways (VA Product Name, NDC, or CMOP ID number).
