  3. FLIP Also called a reflection. It is a mirror view of the object.

  4. SLIDE Also called a translation. It is when an object is moved in any direction without rotating it.

  5. TURN Also called a rotation. It is when an object is turned.

  6. CONGRUENT Congruent means SAME SIZE AND SAME SHAPE. These shapes ARE congruent. These shapes are NOT congruent.

  7. SIMILAR These shapes are similar. These shapes ARE NOT similar. Similar shapes are the SAME SHAPE but NOT the SAME SIZE.
