Outline of proposed sector revisions and rationale • Retain Goals, Indicators, and Strategies (Wood Debris Burning has been a very successful aspect of the airshed plan) • Eliminate the indicators from Ch. 7 • Combine Chapters 6 and 7 into a new Chapter: Woody Debris Burning and Management Open burning emissions Telkwa Range, Oct. 2, 2009
Discussion of Strategies • Retain the Goals, Indicators, and Strategies? Changes to the strategies? Issues with ‘Future Direction’ as outlined in the 2009 addendum? Feedback on numerical targets. • Recommendations that apply to this sector: 2,7,8,13,14,15,16,17,18 • Implementation successes and challenges • Future needs and/or other considerations
Increasing Stakeholder Involvement • Expanding AMS board representation • AMS proposed committee structure/ Table of Contents for the revised plan • Expanding stakeholder committee participation and increasing AMS outreach • Introducing sector clean air reporting
