Outline of proposed sector revisions and rationale • Chapter 10 to become an expanded Chapter 7 on Transportation to include anti idling programs, road dust from unpaved sources, vehicle emissions clinics, rail and trucking • Retain indicators as per the Chapter 10 Addendum • A Road Dust Operators Forum should be held (modeled after the very successful Burn Operators Forums)
