  2. 1st AirTN Forum in cooperation with EARPG Aviation Safety Forum 9th November 2011, in Köln, Germany, at Horion House, near by EASA Premises (back-to-back with EARPG meeting on 8th November) Safety is the state in which the risk of harm to people or property damage is reduced to, and maintained at or below, an acceptable level through a continuing process of hazard identification and risk management. The objective of safety management is the systematic approach to managing safety, including the necessary organizational structures, accountabilities, policies and procedures
