Operating Environment The Good News: • Chapters at DAU Regional Centers – Forming at West Campus • Corporate sponsor program alive and well • Currently a total of 16 on board • Sponsorship of Program Mgmt Assistance Group (PMAG) Symposium (see next slide (4)) • Membership continuing to grow • Healthy relationship with DAU faculty and staff (PMT 401, etc.) • Hot Topic Forums every 2 months in Coordination with DAU Knowledge Mgmt Team • DAU Research Paper Competition (see slide 5) • Financial viability continues (see slide 7) • Scholarships to Bryant Alternative School The Challenges: • Attract participation from outside DAU • Provide member value (low cost, value-added events) • New “Blood” and Continuity
