Long Term Objectives Students should be able to: - To develop the knowledge about seasons in a year - To understand the chance of seasons due to the tilt of the earth’s axis • Must have information about I.T and media technology - To Understand, manage, and create an effective oral, written and multimedia communication in variety of forms and contexts • To analyze, access, manage, integrate, evaluate and create information in a variety of forms and subject
Short Term Objectives By the end of this lesson, students will be able to understand: • Basic concepts of different conditions of weather • How to differentiate between different seasons • The concept of orbit and revolution.
To remember……… The names of 4 seasons of the year Cause of changes of weather Concept of northern and southern hemisphere. Different conditions of weather Different types of weather
To understand….. that flowers grow in spring season that trees loose their leaves in autumn season that snowfall occurs in winter
To apply…… • The concept of rotation and revolution • Warm clothes in winter • Light clothes in summer
To analyze….. The weather changes from day to day That we drink cold water in hot season That snowfall can be observed in winter
Evaluation........ Name different types of weather How many seasons are there in a year? In which season we wear woolen clothes? Are the days short in summer?
To create…. • Students will be able to write short notes on all four seasons i.e. summer, autumn, winter, spring. • They will draw the diagrams of different seasons.
