  2. INTRODUCTION The following represents a collaborative effort on the part of the PTCC Master Planning PAC with parents, administration, and the Board. It depicts a conceptual plan for accommodating four (4) new classrooms on the current GLOBE Academy site, to be used by the 4th grade for the 2014-15 school year. Given the numerous challenges the existing facility has given us this year, the Board, as part of a due diligence effort, researched other potential sites for the 2014-15 school year and beyond, and made a careful, yet expeditious decision to move forward on the current site for the 2014-15 school year. The Master Planning PAC presented preliminary materials to the Board on March 8, 2014 and were granted approval on the design direction. Members of the Master Planning PAC were on hand during our Grow GLOBE meeting on March 17, 2014 to review the preliminary documents and accept feedback and questions. The Board also requested quotes from three (3) different modular unit companies before beginning the design effort. On April 12, 2014 the Board granted approval to enter into a contract with Mobile Modular. PTCC MASTER PLANNING PAC
