Strategy for Sustainability and Growth • Bring in new youth • Emphasis on multi-instrumentalist/vocalist • Need depth at key positions (bass, drums, keyboard) • Second chair instrumentalist are required to sing. • Seasoned members to mentor new members. • 2012 Youth Band will consist of the best available talent.

  4. Recruitment Schedule • Advertise Openings – August 5 thru Aug 15 • Practice CDs distributed to interested youth. • Auditions; Week of August 21 by appointment • Youth Band Selections made by August 27

Schedule • Sunday Masses at St. Tim’s • Sept 18, Oct 16, Nov 20, Dec 18, Jan 22, Feb 19, Mar 18, Apr 15, May 20 • Special Events • Fall Retreat at Summit Lake, Nov 4 thru Nov 6 • NCYC mass at St. Ann’s (Hagerstown), Nov 16 • Christmas Pageant, Dec 18 • Confirmation Retreat at Summit Lake, Mar 3-4 • Open Mike Night (TBA) • Baccalaureate, May 20
