LC Physics activity in Asia • JLC-I (1992), ACFA report (2001), GLC project (2003) • ACFA workshop on physics and detector at LC. 1998 – (Beijing, Tsukuba, Seoul, Taipei, Beijing, Tokyo, Mumbai, Taipei) • Discussions on how to promote regional LC physics activity at Mumbai (Dec.2003) and Taipei (Nov. 2004) .

  4. This meeting • Promote LC physics activity in the Asian region. Form a network among activities inside the Asian region. Domestic -> Regional -> Worldwide • Identify urgent and long-term physics issues. • Promote collaboration/cooperation between theorists and experimentalists.

  5. Future meetings • LCWS 05, Stanford, March 18-22, 2005. • ACFA LC8, Taegue, Korea, July 11-14, 2005. • Snowmass workshop, August 14-27, 2005. • LCWS 06, India(?), Spring 2006.
