  3. NARRATIVELIST OF SIGNS & LOCATIONS, TYPES OF BARRIERS, ARROWS ETC. On the Corner of Mitscher and Elrod Ave We will set up a directional arrow / not a thru street pointing south to Bauer Rd. On the corner of Elrod Ave and Foster Lane we will have 2 barricades 1 on each side of the blocking Elrod Ave with road closed signs. On the corner of Elrod Ave and Moore Ave we will have a barricade with a road closed sign. On Elrod Ave East of Moore we will have a road closed ahead sign with a detour arrow pointing into the parking lot of the Pool.
