18. विभाग के उद्देश्य(3/3) • प्रदेश के युवा वर्ग हेतु प्रत्यक्ष एवं अप्रत्यक्ष रोज़गार के अधिकतम अवसर उत्पन्न करना। • छोटे शहरों (कस्बों) में आधारभूत संरचना एवं विकास के अवसर उपलब्ध कराना। • आईटी हार्डवेयर और सॉफ्टवेयर प्रौद्योगिकी पार्क की स्थापना, विशेष आर्थिक जोन, और संबंधित बुनियादी ढांचे के विकास से राज्य में निवेश को आकर्षित करना। • ई - शासन के लिए स्टेट वाइड एरिया नेटवर्क (स्वान), सामान्य सेवा केंद्र (सीएससी) की तरह राज्य में आम बुनियादी सुविधाओं को लागू करने के लिए, राज्य पोर्टल आदि ई - गवर्नेंस परियोजनाओं के कार्यान्वयन में अन्य सरकारी विभागों की मदद करना।

Benefits of e- Governance • Transparency – Use of ICT makes governing profess transparent. • Information Accessibility - E-Governance leads to automation of services, ensuring that information regarding every work of public welfare is easily available to all citizens, eliminating corruption • Accountability – Once the governing process is made transparent the Government is automatically made accountable. Accountability is answerability of the Government to the people. It is the answerability for the deeds of the Government. An accountable Government is a responsible Government. • Service Delivery - E-Governance facilitates better delivery of government services to citizens, improved interactions with business and industry, citizen empowerment through access to information, or more efficient government management. • Back end Operations - It simplifies internal operations and improves performance of government departments while helping all sections of society to avail government services at lower cost with maximum ease of use.

Virtual Classroom कार्यक्रम का संक्षिप्त विवरण: • प्रदेश के सभी 313 खण्डों में चिन्हित एक उच्चतर माध्यमिक विद्यालय में विडियो कॉंफ्रेसिंग सुविधा उपल्ब्ध कराते हुए कक्षा 9 से 12 तक के विद्यार्थियों के लिए चरणबद्ध क्रम से विभिन्न कठिन विषयों यथा गणित, अंग्रेजी, विज्ञान के हार्ड-स्पॉट्स लिए वर्चुअल कक्षाओं का संचालन होगा। • प्रदेश के सभी 313 विकासखण्ड मुख्यालयों में स्थित एक उत्कृष्ट या आदर्श विद्यालय में लर्निंग एण्ड स्थापित होंगे। शिक्षण द्वी-पक्षीय विडियो से होगा। • विद्यार्थी शिक्षकों से प्रश्न भी कर सकेंगे। सामान्यतः एक बार में लगभग 8 से 12 कक्षाओं के विद्यार्थियों को शिक्षक देख भी सकेगा तथा किसी एक कक्षा के विद्यार्थियों के साथ विडियों के माध्यम से संवाद कर सकेगा। • कार्यक्रम में प्रदेश में सूचना प्रौध्योगिकी विभाग द्वारा सभी विकासखण्ड मुख्यालयों में उपलब्ध कराए गए “स्वान” नेटवर्क का उपयोग होगा।

29. वर्चुअलकक्षाओं का संचालन टिचिंग एण्ड लर्निग एण्ड शिक्षण द्विपक्षी विडियो से होगा प्रत्येक चयनित विद्यालय अपने भवन में एक कक्ष को लर्निग एण्ड के रूप में विकसित करेगा। विद्यार्थी शिक्षकों से प्रश्न भी कर सकेंगे। इस कक्ष में आवश्यक उपकण यथा कम्प्युटर, टी.वी./प्रोजेक्टर, केमेरा इत्यादी उपलब्ध होगा। इस कार्यक्रम में भोपाल में एक टिचिंग एण्ड की स्थापना की जाएगी।
