  1. New Hire Registration for ADP Self Service Before access is granted into Self Service, a new hire must register for an account. This must be performed after the new hire data entry is completed and the new employee id number is established. Registration can take place at work or home at the ADP Portal (http://portal.adp.com). In order for the employee to be recognized by the system the data used during registration must match what we have in the payroll system (i.e. no nicknames, etc.) From the portal screen select First Time Users Register Here.

  2. Click on the Register Now button.

  3. Enter the Registration Pass Code (Drivetimep-1234) and click Next.

  4. Complete the Verify Your Identity fields. Remember: the name should match what is listed in Enterprise (or what appears on an employee’s pay stub if available). Click Next to proceed.

  5. Complete the Verify Your Identity fields. Keep in mind that the e-mail needs to be a valid e-mail address (company or personal). When password resets are performed the temporary password e-mail is sent to the address provided here. Click Next to proceed.

  6. Complete the Security Information fields. Remember: you will need to remember the answers to these questions (and correct format) in order to re-set your password if lost. Print a copy of this page for your records- keep this in a safe place. Click Next to proceed.

  7. Make note of your User ID. All User IDs will end in @DriveTimeP. This is what you will use every time you log into the Self Service portal. Create your password and click Submit to proceed. *The example below was created in our demo database. Do NOT use @DriveTimeQ

  8. This screen will most likely look slightly different as we use more than one ADP product. Simply click Log On to proceed to the portal.

  9. Click on User Login and enter your User name (User ID) and password. Click Ok.
