  2. ADP Self Service Portal Registrations Step 1 A) Go to https://portal.adp.com. B) Click on First Time Users Register Here.

  3. ADP Self Service Portal Step 2 A) Users will enter the registration wizard. B) Click on the register now button.

  4. ADP Self Service Portal Step 3 A) The user will be prompted for a registration Pass Code. The registration Pass Code is the same for all employees for that client. Registration Passcode = EESLP-payme

  5. ADP Self Service Portal Step 4 A) The system now attempts to authenticate the employee. The user is required to enter their first name, last name, SSN and birth month and day. If either the first name, last name or SSN is incorrect the system will then require the user to enter their EMPLID and PIN. First and last names are not case sensitive. The system will also accept substrings of the first name(i.e. Alex for Alexander). If the system has the information for the date of birth, an incorrect date of birth will generate an error message. If the system does not have the date of birth, if the other pieces of information are correct, the authentication will succeed.

  6. ADP Self Service Portal Step 5 A) The following error message will display if the system has information for the employee’s date of birth and the employee enters the wrong information.

  7. ADP Self Service Portal Step 6 A)If the user has not provided correct information for SSN, first name and last name the following screen will display. The next screen will request the employee id and a PIN. You should not enter the Emplid and PIN. The correct process at this point should be to verify the employee’s information in Payforce and provide the employee with the correct information.

  8. ADP Self Service Portal Step 7 A) Once the user has authenticated, the system will prompt for an email address. This email address will be used for all notifications generated by Self Service. The first and last names will display and they will be read only.

  9. ADP Self Service Portal Step 8 A) The system will now prompt for security information. This information will be used in the event that the user has forgotten either their userid or password.

  10. ADP Self Service Portal Step 9 A) The system will now prompt the user to enter a password.

  11. ADP Self Service Portal Step 10 A) A confirmation screen will display indicating that the user has successfully registered for Self Service. A confirmation email will also be generated and sent to the employee.

  12. ADP Self Service Portal Step 11 • Once the employee has authenticated, a confirmation screen is displayed. • Please email your IC when you have successfully registered. Deanna_moore@adp.com
