  4. Social Events – BOAT PARTY When: Friday, September 27th Where: Meet @ the Littlefield Fountain at 2:30pm (At 2:45pm you will be left!) What to bring: 1) Swim essentials or clothing, 2) Your Government Issued ID (Not Student) You must be signed up on the Google Document to go! First 40 people who signed up and paid dues will be the first ones notified to go. (Members will be notified on the 25th/26th if they will be going.) Must fill out Medical Release form and IndemnificationRelease form and turn them in at the OSL by Wednesday If you can drive, talk to Julie after the meeting!

  5. Social Event – IM Dodgeball The Fresh BAllers want you! What: IM Dodgeball Tournament When: Friday, October 18th (4:30-10pm) Where: Anna Hiss Gym but meet at KinsolvingDormatory (Lobby) by 4:30pm How: Sign up on the Google Document! The first 20 get to play! *Must have UTEID for event, more info soon!*

  6. Service Event – Blood Drive When: Tuesday, October 1, 11a.m. - 2 p.m. Where: Corner of 21st/Speedway to walk towards the BloodMobile • Sign-up Google Doc will be emailed • Volunteer options to come • Counts as community service credit for FBA! Save lives with FBA!

  7. Chair Positions Professional Development Social Marketing Service Financial Historian Executive Secretary Applications Due 9/28 at 11:59 p.m.

  8. Professional Development • Assists in running case competition, mock interviews, and other events • Assists in seeking sponsors • High attendance required • Acts as liaison for members and officers • Advises president on professional events

  9. Social • Brainstorming ideas for social events • Assists with taking attendance at social events • Promote social events • Be fun!

  10. Service • Help plan and coordinate service events • Assist in taking attendance

  11. Marketing • Help create posters, newsletter, t-shirt design • Give creative input • Assist in managing social media • Grow FBA presence on Twitter, Instagram

  12. Financial • Assists in buying food, supplies • Negotiates with restaurants for lower prices • Assists in keeping track of distinguished membership

  13. Historian • Takes pictures at meetings and events • Documents meetings and events • High attendance required

  14. Membership Dues $70 for two semesters $40 for one semester Free T-shirt Almost all social events Cash, Check, PayPal Due September 25 (THIS WEDNESDAY!) www.utexasfba.com
