uen.org/tellus 454 Started 399 Completed 87.9% Response June 30, 2009
Positive perceptions? – 353 Organized, current, helpful. Progressive. Forward thinking. Looking for partnership opportunities. High quality products. Reliable services. Staff members extremely accommodating and helpful. UEN is a service-oriented organization. They are quick to respond to needs and collaborate to solve connectivity problems. I really in enjoy working with UEN folks, and have a great respect for their knowledge level. Plethora of useful resources for teachers.
UEN is like the “mother ship.” We couldn’t do what we do without their services.
Negative perceptions • Service specific • Customer specific Some service network downtime this year… I can’t get the interactive program guide for 9.2 on my TV. Sometimes I can’t find the class that exactly fits my needs. Professional development classes have wait lists. Not enough redundancy in Southern part of state. Filtering drives me crazy. I get information overwhelm. More special education videos in eMedia.
UEN needs to fix UEN seems to be scaling back. Are you still large enough to provide reliable service? I worry about a cut in services. UEN may be taken for granted. I emailed and never got a response back.
“I can honestly say that I have NEVER had a negative or poor experience with any person or program that I have come in contact with professionally or personally – and I’ve had contact with UEN since the early-mid 1990’s – when ever you started helping schools bring Internet to their sites.”
Continue to advocate to the public all that you offer so we can continue funding Tell the legislators to give you more money. Don’t stop any services! Just don’t stop any services!
Though it's not a question, I want to thank all the employees at UEN for all they do. We often don't see all the ways UEN affects schools, libraries and universities. Thanks for the leadership from the engineers, the technicians, the trainers, accountants, directors and everyone else. Thanks for the climate UEN helps provide to our schools.
