The Network is made up of trained and experienced coaches in Lincolnshire's public services organisations who offer coaching on a reciprocal basis to colleagues in other public services organisations, including County and District Councils, the NHS and the Police. Public Services Coaching Network
Aims to: provide partner organisations with regular access to high quality competent, confident, ethical and professional internal coaches enhance coaching capacity and develop a learning and coaching culture within organisations reduce spend on external coaches Reciprocal arrangement 24 senior managers trained – funded through LIEP Drawn from wide range of partner organisations Network accepts coaches trained through other means if they meet specified criteria Coachees select a coach from an on-line database Public Services Coaching Network
Public Services Coaching Network • Hosted and co-ordinated by Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust acting on behalf of the public services community • Overseen by Management Committee chaired by Chief Constable • Access to Network through a Lead in each organisation • Launched November 2011 • Activity monitored through Co-ordinator at NKDC http://www.lincolnshirecommunityhealthservices.nhs.uk/coachingpool/node/32
