Treasurer • Prepare and present to the club an annual administrative and project budget (Budget Committee) • Collect and disburse all club funds • Establish a regular bank account and deposit all club funds in it • Keep all administrative funds separate from project funds (separate bookkeeping)

  3. Treasurer 5. Do not use project funds for admin. purposes, including payment of dues 6. Pay all invoices promptly, including billing by LCI & District for dues & goods (club vote to pay dues is not required) 7. Invoice and collect all dues from club members 8. Maintain all financial records of the club

  4. Treasurer 9. Make regular financial reports to club and board of directors 10. Attend Club Officer Training 11. Take advantage of opportunities for leadership training 12. Work closely with the Club Secretary, President, and Finance/Budget Committee
