Emergency Response Planning (Environmental Nuclear Council) Develops guidance for states in planning and responding to off site radiological emergencies around nuclear power plants, and transportation accidents. Resource Recovery & Radioactivity (Environmental Nuclear Council) Develops recommended response and event notification protocol when radioactivity is detected in metal and scrap, and recommends a system for reporting such incidents.
