Open point BA5+&6- • From week 27 to week 29 there are works in LSS6- regarding the bake out of the septas, which are partially blocking the passage to access arcs 6- and 5+ • Some problems with the electrical connections of the septas for the bake-out • Slight delay on the Qjack campaign (now together with the RF shielding works) • aC coating is foreseen for week 31 but in week 30 some works will be done to dismantle the line • QDs need to be aligned separately of QFs • Testing of the sprinklers after bake-out Antonio Grande EN-ACE

Open point - Conclusion BA5+&6- • New agreed planning: • W 29: Qjack + RF shielding  in 5+ • W 30: ac Coating transport activities (from 25th to 31st July) + Sprinklers tests in shaft  (to be determined along with Anna) • W 31: Sprinklers tests  in the LSS6 (to be determined along with Anna) • W 32: bake out for 2-3 weeks • On Thursday 11th July, the inspection for RF shielding will be done in 5+. Also related to vacuum, vacuum sectors 634 and 635 are validated. • New Qjackcampaign sequence is 5+ 4+ 1&2. • Additionally, the vertical alignment campaign will start on W32 if resources are available, if not it will start in W33 Antonio Grande EN-ACE
