Controls maintenance • I will call a meeting ASAP with all the effected people to find a solution SPS.Technical-Coordination@Cern.ch
Please remember the following!! • All services must remain on until the 27thMarch 2013!!!!!!! • Only works that do not require access and do not affect the operational mode of the SPS will be allowed to be scheduled before the 27thMarch 2013! • If you are not sure then check with myself and Operations first!!!! IMPACT? • I will create this week the Impacts for works required between now and the 27th March. • Tasks due to start before the end of April that require a individual IMPACT have been identified by planning and RP. You will be informed shortly. These IMPACTS will be created 1 month before the schedule start date. SPS.Technical-Coordination@Cern.ch

False floors lifted in Surface BAs • Below is a table showing the dates that EL will be pulling cables at each point of the SPS. • During these periods large sections of the false floor in these surface buildings will be lifted • If you require access to racks or other equipment in the surface buildings during these periods you must check with planning first.
