Phase 1 – Customer Information Purchase a database of all the businesses in the US with phone number, zip code, SIC codes, # of employees and Sales $ (Cost: $850-GPS) Purchase a database of fax numbers of businesses in the US with phone number, zip code and fax numbers (Cost: $450-GPS) Have an update program written to update Accountmate Customer master or Supplemental file with this information (Cost: $???-Kane or GPS) Have a report written with counts of prior customers by SIC code and number of employees(Cost: $???-Kane or GPS) Extract contact names from the sales history files and add this info to the customer info available to the extranet Integrate all previous purchased lists, saving contact names but eliminating duplicates

Phase 4 – Implement Design for GreenPeas Produce a list of products purchased by the SIC code being worked prioritized by historical sales dollar amounts for that SIC code(Cost: $???-Kane-GPS) Generate a call list for the GreenPeas to use from existing and new business lists (Cost: $???-Kane-GPS) Based on the quality of the info on the call that the GreenPeas captures, the quality of the leads that GreenPeas receives will improve Implement a telephone dialer (non-predictive) (Cost: $???-GPS)

Phase 5 – Implement Design for Pro’s Create a system to maximize the success of the Pro with flexibility for different styles include the ability to set general and specific follow-up schedule The main difference from what the GreenPeas will have is that it will include prior sales history Included in history will be frequency of purchases, largest quantity purchased, etc.
