This is the page you will be directed to after you click on the AESOP link. You will be given an ID and a PIN
Clicking on the individual day in the calendar will pop up information about that day. You will have options to view absences, view more details, or view attached documents.
Under this tab you can view a list of upcoming absences that you have already scheduled. If you should need to cancel an absence, you will need to contact your building secretary or myself. Under this tab you can view your past absences for the past 30 days Under this tab you can view any absence request that were denied by your approver.
You will have the option to choose if you will need a sub or not.
Absence Reason You will be able to choose your absence reason.
You will be able to choose a Full Day Absence or Half Day absence
Once the absence is saved you will see a message at the top of your screen which will include a confirmation number. The absence will also show up under the Scheduled Absences tab.
Assigning Substitutes You will see the “Create & Assign Sub” button at the bottom of the Absence Tab. If you have made arrangements with a sub you will need to complete this step.
Canceling a Absence: If you need to cancel an absence, you need to contact your building secretary or myself. You do not have permission to perform this task.
