  9. HR DeadlinesWe Need Your Help…the Sequel! • Increased volume • No change in staff • Try to accommodate/serve all • Document received after deadlines • Too many retroactive pay transactions • Not sufficient time to process well • High stress • Business as usual is not sustainable

Understand Each Other’s Needs • When people not paid/pay errors • Employees upset and go to YOU first • “Where’s my paycheck??” • Employees go to HR, investigate, tries to fix • Manual check • FACT: 5 min vs 25 min • 200 dep’ts; approx 2 manual each @ 25 min • July 600 manual checks @ 25 minutes=250 hrs
