Typical czech meals • Fried cheese (Smažený sýr) – usually Edam
Potato pancake (Bramborák or Cmunda) • Made of potatoes, flour, eggs, garlic and marjoram
Czechs don´t eat lot of sea fish • They eat freshwater fish (especially carp on Christmas)
