  4. Lexis-Nexis UniverseUser Survey:Usage of non-news sources • Only 16% have ever used the biographical reference sources. • Only 11% have ever used the business reference sources.

  5. Lexis-Nexis UniverseUser Survey • 86% said they always or almost always find what they are looking for. • 71% said when they don’t find what they are looking for they ask news research for help. • Everyone surveyed said they found Universe very easy of somewhat easy to use.
