Pré requis : Protection, examen et faire alerter Cas particulier : l’enfant (victime âgée entre 1 et 8 ans) 5 insufflations après avoir basculer la tête en arrière et pincer le nez, PUIS 30 compressions thoraciques avec une seule main pour enfoncer le sternum d’environ 1/3 de l’épaisseur du thorax 2 insufflations - En l’absence de témoin, le SST va débuter la RCP pendant 5 cycles avant de quitter la victime pour aller alerter les secours - Les doigts de la main sont relevés pour ne pas appuyer sur les côtes
