  1. Reduce FTE Overview– A reduction form is used for reducing FTEs for Classified, Certified and Administrative positions. Please remember to indicate the current position/location, FTE from and to, FTE reduction effective date and the reason for the reduction. In addition, a new feature is available for supervisors to be part of the Personnel requisition and reduction form approval process. This feature is only available for individuals who have been selected by Directors/Budget Holders. • Helpful Hints • If the reduction of FTE is after an employee receives a contract for the school year, a signed letter from the employee needs to be submitted stating the employee voluntarily requests a reduction FTE.
